Extension Developer is buggy and could not successfully register my helloworld app. I will try again later. Anyways, found yout DTD for you.

It is in the Beta 8 status, and I did not even look at it, because it is not my business. But I do think that you might find something useful there

The dtd mentioned above is 5 years out of date and very sparse. I would not recommend using it.

DTD’s are old fashioned! Use XSD (XML Schema) files. The following is a pretty complete XUL development tool. xulbooster.org
